FAQ
What if I miss my appointment?
Because of the very high demand for our services, we charge a no-show fee. The appointments can be canceled on time to avoid the cost. We will refuse service until the balance is paid.
Up until when can i cancel the appointment?
You can cancel your appointment up to 10 minutes before it starts. If you miss the deadline, give us a call, we are usually forgiving to non-repeaters.
Can I book by phone?
We have a strict appointments by app only policy. If you give us a call or message us for an appointment we will kindly direct you to the app.
I booked a wrong appointment, can I edit?
If you accidentally booked a wrong time, barber or service, you will need to cancel the appointment and book a new one. You can do so by navigating to the “My Appointments”section of the app.
How late can i be?
If you are late by more than 10 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show. Depending on the service, we will likely still proceed as normal if we have time.
Should I come early to the appointment?
Our barbershop is a place designed for ultimate comfort. You are free to come as early as you want. Have a free drink from our bar, relax and chat on our sofa.
